Riverworks Poet Society

Friday, November 17, 2023 at Riverworks Studio at Alden Farms, 4:30-6:00pm

Interested in poetry?  Join the Riverworks Poet Society and gather monthly for writing prompts and discussion.

The meetings are organized into 3 blocks, including:

  • Sharing of personal writing (prompt or not)

  • A collaborative writing exercise

  • Discussion and workshopping

The two writing prompts for the November 17 meeting are: Bounty and Blinding Lights

Artist Reception and Book Signing, Sunday, November 19, 4:00-6:00pm at Locals Farm Market

Meet the artist and enjoy light refreshments (beer and wine available for purchase). Free event, donations welcome. The reception will also mark the first book signing of Massaro’s translation of the Duino Elegies, a series of ten mystical poems by Austrian poet Rainer Maria Rilke (1875–1926).
