Performers:

A Squared is the dynamic duo composed of Avril Hernandez and Ashlee McKinnon. These two ladies met while attending the Dance Masters of America Teacher Training Institute in 2015, and the rest is history. Avril started her love affair with dance in the Philippines at the age of four with training in Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Modern, and Tap. Avril expanded her studies at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in LA and has been teaching in the DMV area since 2012. Ashlee followed the same type of path, beginning competitive dance at the age of 3 in Jazz and Tap, and shifting her focus to Modern, Hip-Hop, and Jazz in her teen and college years. Ashlee received her B.A. in Dance from the University of Maryland at College Park and has been teaching dance in the DMV area since 2011.
