Made-in-Studio: Vision Board Your Year

Class Description

Energy flows where attention goes. Spend time getting clear on what you want the year ahead to look like. What do you want to accomplish, how do you want to feel, what lights your heart up? This will be an opportunity both to reflect on what’s not working, and also to dream big about your one precious life! We will start off class with a short grounding meditation, followed by a few journal prompts, and then time to explore and create a vision board for your best year yet! We will have a variety of mediums to work with, such as paint, markers, different textures and paper, magazines, and collage materials. You will go home with a beautiful, thoughtful piece of art that you can keep in your home to remind you of the life you are wanting to create this year! Feel free to bring and photos or keepsakes that you might want to include in your piece. Emma is the programming assistant here at Riverworks, as well as a yoga instructor, host of the Weaving Harmony podcast, folk herbalist, and new mother! She is the daughter of an artist and has always been inspired to create and be surrounded by beauty. She has a BA in International Relations and Conflict Resolution, and is also a world traveler. For many years, she has used vision boards as a creative way to keep growing in the direction of her dreams.
