Come circle yours into being. You've done the resolutions. The journaling. Even heartfelt intentions don't seem to hold. You're not broken. The default rulebook is. What if, for 2026, you explored something that actually works with your brain—creative, whole-body practices that activate your soul-true intentions and fortify them with tools you made? Designed and led by artist and life coach Suzanne Wright, the workshop invites you into the beauty and neuro-based power of circles—nature's shape for safety, motion, and wholeness, woven through humankind's sacred symbols, myth, and ritual since the beginning. Using traditional and unconventional materials, Suzanne will guide you through accessible creative practices that build new embodied wisdom so your intentions actually stick. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a personalized "New Year's Kit" with an array of handmade intention circles that focus your attention, protect your 2026 vision, and fuel momentum and flow for the year. The restorative magic of Riverworks—its art, nature, and local flavors—wraps around you, creating the perfect nest for your intentions to deepen and take root. We'll search for circles in the Riverworks sculpture garden—nature's arcs and curves alongside co-founder David Theriault's powerful stone works—anchoring your intention circles in things ancient and grounded. We'll also sample scents and flavors from Locals Farm Market—gathering personal sensory cues that reawaken your intentions in seconds. You'll Take Home: - A guide to sustainable, at-home practices - A New Year's Kit with multiple handmade intention circle tools, a personal mantra, and sensory cues (scents, textures, tastes) - Fresh insights to carry into the year All supplies provided. No art experience needed. Welcoming people who can't draw a "perfect circle" as well as those of us in creative recovery.
