Free - $15 donation to support Riverworks programming is appreciated! Looking for a relaxed space to make, connect, and get into the creative flow? Whether you’re a seasoned artist, a total beginner, or just think making is fun, drop in to work on your own personal art projects, participate in an optional hands-on craft, or simply hang out and chat with fellow creative minds. Bring your favorite supplies—sketchbooks, watercolors, knitting needles, writing journals, or digital tablets—or grab a seat and join in on the featured monthly craft project provided. There are no expectations, strict guidelines, or pressure to produce a masterpiece; just low-stakes creativity and a welcoming community of like-minded adults. Don’t have a project you’re already working on? Join in on our monthly themed project! What to Expect: Bring Your Own Project: Dedicated table space and time to work on whatever art or craft you currently have in progress. Optional Guided Craft: Simple, step-by-step materials and instructions available if you want to try something new. October: Kick off autumn by turning plain pumpkins into hand-painted seasonal decor. November: Master basic script techniques to craft gorgeous calligraphy place cards for your dinner table. December: Get crafty and sustainable by transforming everyday soda cans into festive holiday ornaments. January: to come! Relaxed Atmosphere: A casual, social environment to meet local creatives, swap ideas, or just doodle. All Skill Levels Welcome: Open to anyone ages 18+ looking for a creative outlet—no artistic background required. Come for the art, stay for the community. Bring a project, bring a friend, or just bring yourself!
